For a refundable deposit ($50.00), Valhalla will loan you a box with enough gear to run a 50 person event. This includes: 3 x 24 port 100 mbit switches, power boards for 50 people +switches and servers, power cables for the switches and network cable to join the switches together. For more information or to take advantage of this please email the committee at committee@valhalla.net.au. LAN Sponsorship While the Association works to find sponsorship for all lans, it may assist your cause if you go out and find your own sponsors as well. A number of companies have sponsorship that is relatively easy to apply for, and is in the public domain. This includes the most common (from past responses): and no doubt many others.
