mmm havent had many injuries from sports even though i play indoor and outdoor soccer. But ive hurt myself while doing weight lifting (that i enjoy a shit load) ive been out the gym for weeks now and i cant train untill January. I generaly go with a close mate of mine to body building gym new church hill rd powerhouse. was under bench press and and for once my mate wasnt there to spot me (f**king Pussy wipped with his gf) so i was on my own... Started on 70kg and moved up to 95. Was doing my last rep (5 reps on max weight) and as i pushed up instead of breathing out i held my breath thus creating a chain reaction Held my breath, Blood Preasure whent up, started to get head spin, Bar whent back on rack, I breathed out, Heard a loud pop in my head, Felt blood coming from my nose, Rolled over and blacked out. one of the guys helped me back up i washed my face sat down for 10 min when back out finished my work out and then left. Still get migranes now while *ahumm having intemate times with my gf or simply joging* Docs say ive burst a vessel in my for head. Had 2 catscans done and nothing potentially dangerous has happend. Just need to rest it out for a bit. Remember to breath out ppl... thats all i gota say to that. was lucky i guess
Okay, who put a "stop payment" on my reality check?

I'm not too bad, had some interestuing ones happen to me and mates before. I sprained my ankle, I seem to injure one of my knees/calf muscles for the last 3 new years (Still not 100% from last one lol) Broken 1 bed, cracked head on brick wall, swear i had concussion for a few days (she was fine ) but that was my own fault for getting drunk with my ex and "snuggling" on a fold out bed while she was moving. Countless ammounts of crazy and weird injuries involving my BMX bike when i was early teens, ankles are still not 100% and probably never will be, it really hurts when your foot slips off the pedals and your foot goes on the ground, grips and your rear pegs (weighted by yourself and the bike) smack you in the back of the ankle, but your shoes dont lose grip. Had a mate Jump on the rear pegs of my BMX anccidentally pushing it orwards. I ended up sitting on the back wheel, the familly jewels got a fair beeting between the break clamps and wheel. He got a well sesrved punch before i doubled over in pain. Had another, possibly Injury related scare, that could have killed me, i wont go into details but if my mum hadn't of reacted how she did (Was living at home at the time) i wouldnt be posting right now.

In ten years of football, rugby union, and cricket, I never got an injury. Fractured an ankle when i fell down some stairs, broke my nose in a fight. crashed my bike a few times..but never once hurt myself while playing sport

I was street luging down the new southern express way before it was opened.. and i was coming down easily doing 80+ kph and i hit an SA water cover... next thing i know the luge is about 3 m infront of me.. At this time i lived by the moral of "Dont need protection if i dont want to be hurt".. still live by it but dont do anything extreme but yeah went to flinders hospital i lost skin from one side of my body and had gravel rash.. best part was when the nurse came in with a brush and said this will hurt you more then it will hurt e.. and starts scrubbing the gravel outof my rash. ouch but i didnt break anything.

Square that, negro. Wookie's probably orbiting something though so there'd be some pull there.

yes. Also played as a goalkeeper in soccer, did athletics right up until under 18s and was considered a slightly above average cross country runner. And then I got married. "had to spend time with the family". Played another two seasons of footy after i got divorced.

Ive not really had many injuries, the most embarrasing was probably when i tore a ligament in my foot while doing gymnastics for PE, That was the same day as a fire drill so i got carried out to the oval on a chair on the shoulder of two teachers, I liked to hink of myself as a king but everyone else prolly thought i was a retard. THen i got taken off on a trailer connected to a ride on lawnmower.

only major injury is a completely torn left knee ACL requiring a recon. Minor injuries include countless broken noses and fingers, and some foot bones. Not a major bone broken to date *touch wood*

No sports injuries, but I've broken my right wrist during a game of Twister...
I also fell off a rope ladder about 8 metres above ground onto my left arm, broke in 4 places.
